Monument work for the Diocese of Wichita

Rip was recently awarded the commission to create three life and one-quarter sized figures for the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception in Wichita, Kansas.  The figures include the Virgin Mother, Joseph and the Crucifixion Scene. Rip has been working on the figures in space generously donated by Mt. Angel Abbey in St. Benedict, Oregon.  Rip is shown here working on Mary's clothing in the studio.
